Information We Collect
When you use Exolved Bot and its web dashboard, we may collect and process:
- Discord account details: user ID, username, avatar, and server membership details required for dashboard access.
- Linked service details: Twitch and YouTube channel identifiers and OAuth tokens when you choose to connect those services.
- Usage and analytics data: message/voice activity metrics, achievements, and participation statistics.
- Security and session data: login timestamps, request metadata, and related security logs.
How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate you and protect access to your dashboard account.
- Provide requested features such as linked-channel analytics and notifications.
- Operate moderation, configuration, and role-related bot features.
- Detect abuse, protect platform security, and investigate incidents.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve service quality.
Third-Party Services
Exolved Bot integrates with third-party platforms:
- Discord API for authentication and server-scoped bot features.
- Twitch API for Twitch account linking and stream-related features.
- YouTube Data API for YouTube account linking and channel/upload analytics.
- Cloudflare for traffic security and TLS termination.
Google User Data (YouTube Integration)
When you choose to link a YouTube account, Exolved Bot requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly scope. This grants read-only access needed to show YouTube channel and upload analytics features.
- Data accessed: YouTube channel ID/title, uploads playlist metadata, and related video statistics required by enabled features.
- How data is used: To display your YouTube dashboard data, generate analytics, and run optional upload notification features that you enable.
- How data is stored: OAuth tokens and linked channel metadata are stored on our servers to keep your integration active until you unlink or revoke access.
- How data is shared: We do not sell Google user data. We only share data as necessary to provide requested features (for example, posting notifications to configured Discord channels).
- Data control: You can unlink your YouTube account in the dashboard at any time or revoke Google OAuth access from your Google account settings.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide service functionality, security, and operational requirements. Linked account data can be removed by unlinking in the dashboard, and additional deletion requests can be made to administrators.
Your Choices
- Use dashboard privacy settings to opt out of eligible analytics features.
- Unlink Twitch/YouTube integrations at any time in the dashboard.
- Revoke OAuth access from your Discord, Twitch, or Google account settings.
Security
We use layered protections including HTTPS transport, CSRF defenses, request validation, and rate-limiting controls. No internet-facing system is perfect, but we continually harden and monitor our stack.
Contact
For privacy questions or data requests, contact the Exolved Bot administrators in our Discord server support channel.
