Acceptance of Terms

By using Exolved Bot and its related web dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Exolved Bot provides Discord bot features, analytics dashboards, and optional integrations with third-party services such as Twitch and YouTube.

Account and Access

• You must authenticate through Discord OAuth to access protected dashboard features.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your linked accounts.
• Administrators may revoke access to users who violate these terms or server rules.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for abuse, harassment, spam, or unauthorized automation.
• Do not attempt to disrupt service availability, bypass security controls, or access data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use integrations in ways that violate Discord, Twitch, YouTube, or applicable platform policies.

Third-Party Platforms

Use of Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and other third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or account actions.

Data and Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. By using Exolved Bot, you consent to data processing described there.

Availability and Changes

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Features may change, be suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.
• We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exolved Bot maintainers and administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, downtime, or third-party platform behavior.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, security threats, or legal/compliance requirements.
